Luogo preferito dai pisani, costeggia l'Arno a Pisa ed è usato per passeggiate al fresco degli alberi ombrosi o per jogging, parcheggio facile fuori dagli orari e giorni di punta (week end soprattutto)

Polmone verde di una parte della città. Da migliorare la segnaletica riguardo pista ciclabile e percorso pedonale (patricamente pochissimi rispettano la segnaletica). Nella zona ex Salvini addirittura auto e moto contromano.
