The most delicious cold veggie noodles!

The staff is great and friendly, the ambience is fine. The noodles are over priced and too uniform to be hand pulled. The spice level is way off — a Trois Fois “3” spice level is like a San Francisco “1.” Mostly red chili, almost no Szechuan pepper. Sorry guys, go to Belleville.
