Je voulais tester ce restaurant depuis longtemps et j’ai enfin eu l’occasion d’y déjeuner un midi. Malheureusement, l’expérience m’a laissée un peu déçue. J’ai pris le menu du midi à 17 € avec la salade d’algues et le poulet frit soja-gingembre accompagné de riz. - Salade d’algues : la portion est petite, ce qui est normal pour une entrée. La sauce était très bonne, agréablement relevée, mais on ne sentait pas vraiment les algues ni leur fraîcheur. J’ai eu l’impression que le plat manquait d’équilibre. - Poulet frit soja-gingembre avec riz : la portion est correcte. Le poulet n’était pas mauvais, mais sa texture était parfois difficile à couper. La salade de chou, servie avec une mayonnaise épicée, était fraîche et savoureuse. Le riz était également bon. - Service : mon entrée a été servie par erreur à la table voisine qui venait d’arriver, mais en dehors de ce petit incident, le service était agréable et l’accueil chaleureux. - Atmosphère : il y a une terrasse, mais j’étais installée à l’intérieur. L’ambiance était plaisante.
