I visited Kodawari Ramen Yokocho in Paris and had the chicken ramen (not the chef’s version) with an added egg, and I absolutely loved it. The reservation system was convenient : I joined the online queue while browsing nearby bookstores and received a text to come over 10 minutes before my spot, which worked perfectly. The restaurant itself is an amazing replica of a Japanese street, complete with stools, decorations, and an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs cook in front of you. I was lucky to come at a quieter moment, so the atmosphere was even more enjoyable. The ramen was delicious, the service fast and efficient, and the whole experience truly memorable.
