Excellent déjeuner dans l'évocation de l'Île de Beauté à travers ses saveurs et ses parfums, brillamment restitués, avec finesse et qualité. Accueil chaleureux, châtaigne, produits de la mer, fenouil, agrumes et, bien entendu, magnifiques fromages. Sans oublier une belle carte des vins, où les appellations locales sont à l'honneur. En bref une adresse qui conserve tout son cachet, et ce n'est pas pas Alain Ducasse, habitué des lieux, qui me contredira.
