어제 오늘 방문한 커피맛집. 스페인에서 마신 커피중 가장 나이스:) 한국 커피맛집과 비슷한 맛. 어제는 아메리카노 마셨는데 원두맛이 좋았다. 오늘은 코르타도. 역시나 다른곳은 연한데 여기는 딱 커피맛이 부드럽지만 나 커피라고 말해줌 ㅎ

Traía muchas ganas de probar este café al estar en la lista de los mejores de España. Y el café es muy bueno. Yo me pedí el flat white y el sabor es fuerte, la leche bien espumada, ácido en su punto, es un gran café. Ya por curioso decidí probar los huevos benedictinos, y curiosamente lo peor es el huevo. La salsa holandesa me pareció muy ácida, el huevo como tal está bien, la yema no está sobrecocida pero creo que pudo estar ligeramente más líquida. El guacamole tampoco es el mejor, pero el pan me pareció delicioso, a pesar de ser un pan de hamburguesa de un holandesa, este queda delicioso, el bacon es muy bueno, y la ensalada es también muy buena, aunque tenía un exceso de aceite de oliva y dejé una parte. El servicio es muy bueno y el local es muy lindo, ideal para ir con amigos o a leer un rato el periódico. Regresaría feliz a probar otras opciones de café de su menú y algo de pan dulce, pero me quité la curiosidad de los huevos. Que repito, están ricos, pero tienen algunos factores que podrían mejorar. 8/10

Las tostadas sin gluten con aguacate y jamón estaban buenísimas, y las tortitas… wow! De otro mundo! Parecen French toast, bien empapaditas y saben a canela. Son de avena con leche de avena. Además, la gente que trabaja ahí es un amor!
