¡ALGO CAMBIÓ…! — 65€ dos personas, con agua y sin postre lo que se ve en la imagen Conocimos Kaisen hace bastantes años, y era uno de nuestros restaurantes de sushi favoritos. Ese rainbow tartar, la opción de probar piezas o pescados que no había en otros lados, como el abalon. En fin, era “diferente” y por eso y la calidad del producto compensaba pagar algo más que en otros. La calidad del pescado sigue siendo indiscutible, sin embargo, echamos de menos esa originalidad de antaño y nos encontramos con muchos básicos (casi todo en realidad) que hacen que ya no se diferencie del resto y resulte menos rentable ese plus económico. Por lo demás, insisto, en cuanto a sabor y frescura, sin fallo como siempre.

Los niguiris muy buenos, buena calidad de pescado. Los rolls no nos convencieron mucho. La torrija merece la pena. El servicio muy amable aunque en cocina algo lentos.
