Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Carmen (1970) -la torre campanario de 44 m. de altura es de 1985, con aires art-déco- en la calle alta d'El Campu San Francisco, entre las calles Santa Susana -principal- y Santa Teresa, n'Uviéu. Sobre el solar de un templo anterior, destruído en la 'guerra civil española' (1936). Arquitectura moderna y racionalista del arquitecto local José Francisco de Zuvillaga y Zubillaga y la constructora Los Álamos. Nave única de 44 m. x 26 m. de superficie. Capacidad para 1000 personas sentadas. Grandes vidrieras con escenas y figuras importantes para la regla de San Alberto y Virgenes españolas. Parroquia gestionada por la orden mendicante de los carmelitas, en la capital asturiana desde 1906. Algún grupo escultórico interesante, como el de San Simón Stock. Restaurada en 2012.
