Saigon Express har variert og egendesignet meny. Både wok og sushi. Nesten alle rettene har vegetariske alternativer. De har nydelige orkideer og de ansatte er veldig koselige. Det er også spennende ting som foregår der. De har hatt pop-up galleri og bærekraftsmarked som var veldig gøy

Porsjonene er mettende, men for mye ris. Tomyum suppen var veldig trist(2 kylling biter, 1 scampi og 1 sopp delt i fire deler). Masse sitteplasser, men lokalet er mer kun for takeaway og utkjøring av mat opplegg. De bruker ris maskin for nigiri og makiruller. Så ikke så veldig autentisk. Sushien var fint presentert.
