Having lived in Asia for many years and eaten Sushi mostly in Japan, I can confirm that this is the most authentic sushi we’ve had in the Nordics (short of going to a high end much more expensive Omakase restaurant). Prepared only after ordering and to the guest’s wishes. Quick, very clean and tasty. It’s run by what seems to be a nice Chinese couple and hence there are also some Chinese inspired dishes on the menu but misses some Japanese classics such as Miso soup). Highly recommended for a quick lunch.
