日本から来た夫婦です。オスロ３日目にしてラーメンが食べたくなりやってきました。フレンドリーなスタッフに案内されカウンターへ。醤油ラーメンと塩ラーメン、餃子とKoieビールをオーダー。全体に満足しましたが、辛口のコメントをお許しください。醤油は色が濃いけど、思ったほど味が濃いことはありませんでしたが、出汁やコクはあまり感じられませんでした。妻の塩ラーメンも鶏出汁ベースのスープでしたが、旨味にはややかける感じでした。日本人には渋み、酸味、塩味に加え旨味という味覚があると聞いたことがありますが、やはり全体に旨味という部分にかけるきらいはありました。でも決して美味しくないというわけではなく、チャーシューやメンマ、餃子はとても美味しかったです。ビールも美味しかった。しめて680KONは当地では普通なのかと思いますが、物価の安い日本だったら半値以下で食べられると思いますので、ノルウェーの方も日本に旅行した際にはぜひ日本のラーメン店にお出かけください。
