En skjult perle på Grønland! Hungry Birds leverer noe av det beste jeg har smakt av shawarma i Oslo – kanskje til og med den beste. Kylling shawarmaen er helt fantastisk: saftig, perfekt krydret og servert med en hvitløksdressing som er helt i en egen klasse. Lam shawarmaen med tahinisaus er også utrolig god, men kylling er fortsatt favoritten. Atmosfæren er varm og inkluderende – man føler seg mer som en gjest enn en kunde. Servicen er upåklagelig, og de som jobber her byr på smil, omtanke og ofte små hyggelige overraskelser. Maten lages rett foran deg, porsjonene er store og alt føles ferskt og ekte. Prisene er veldig rimelige for kvaliteten og størrelsen på porsjonene. Her får du virkelig mye for pengene, og både kjøttelskere og vegetarianere/veganere kan finne noe godt (falafelen er også verdt å prøve!). Det er sjelden man finner et sted som kombinerer autentiske smaker, ekte gjestfrihet og en uformell, koselig atmosfære på denne måten. Hungry Birds Grønland er ikke bare et sted å spise – det er et sted du gleder deg til å komme tilbake til.

The guys working there were so nice! Food was served very fast. It was just delicious. I’m ta a bit different kind of shawarma but a good one. It had cheese and mushrooms which is not usually seen in traditional shawarmas. Can recommend!
