This is some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life, not many vegan options but it only takes one (mushroom spicy tan tan).

I feel Hrimnir has lost some of the special sauce they had in previous years. On service: asked if we could split a regular fullsize portion of Shoyu ramen for adults into two bowls for the kids and was met with that not being possible, and we would need to do it ourselves. Other ramen restaurants in Oslo have no problem doing this (not surprisingly). If the restaurant was packed, it might be understandable, but it was not. Which also brings me to a second point on service: the food took forever. Most tables had an extended wait for the food for some reason. Food: I also feel that broth was tastier before. I tried both the shoyu and miso ramen, of which the latter was the best. The shoyu had a sweetness and bitterness to it at least i am not accustomed to (oversteeped kombu?), and little dashi flavor. All in all it was a bit of a disappointing compared to previous years and would recommend the other top ramen place in Oslo for more of a stable experience.
