Food was just ok, the cod fish was leathery, the French wine was very nice, the service by the maître d' was lovely and one other waiter, however the waiter with glasses, was rude and totally ignored me when I call him over twice to ask for a coffee, then he pretended to be offended and told me to keep my comments to myself...go figure! As paying customer, one expects the service to be exceptional. It is simple, if you don't like your job don't work as a waiter!

We treated ourselves to a very expensive but delicious dinner here. Really excellent service. I'd emailed in advance to see if they could do something with our dietary requirements and they actually read that and remembered it (so often this doesn't happen). We had two delicious courses and a lovely natural wine from Navarra. The wait staff and sommelier were all extremely pleasant. The views are great too, though it's a shame there's permanent a metal blind across one of the huge windows. Worth splashing out here for a special occasion.
