Er det ett sted i Oslo du bør dra for autentisk ungarsk mat, så er det Bistro Budapest. Prisene er kanskje noe høyere enn i Budapest, men smaken er akkurat som den skulle vært laget lokalt. Som tidligere student som har bodd flere år i Ungarn, setter jeg stor pris på å kunne slå av en prat på ungarsk med de ekte ungarerne som driver stedet – ikke minst eieren, en utrolig hyggelig kvinne som gir opplevelsen det lille ekstra. Har du aldri smakt Lángos? Da er dette det perfekte stedet å starte – enten som forrett eller en snack før en annen middag i byen.

Absolutely perfect! Goulash was very filling and yummy, could be a little bit spicy, but honestly totally recommend. The prices are not that high and the quality of food is out of this world. The Budapest Smash Burger was, honestly, the best burger I have ever eaten (and I have tasted a lot of them hahah)
