Cardamom buns were excellent, cinnamon buns okay but no match for Swedish originals. Unfortunately, they were a bit dry, even though we bought them in the morning.

We went to Åpent Bakeri for breakfast and really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The egg and bacon were good. I was especially excited to try the American pancakes, but unfortunately, they were undercooked. The middle was raw and doughy, which was quite disappointing. I let the staff know, hoping to help improve it for future guests. At first, I was told the pancake was cooked!!! but after I showed the center of the thick pancake, the staff acknowledged it might have been too thick and offered to make a new one. I appreciated the offer, but I was already full by then. Overall, it’s a nice place with good potential, but I hope they take more care with the pancake preparation going forward and improve food quality.
