I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Alex Sushi in Oslo. Beautiful restaurant with stunning artworks and high ceilings, specialized in sushi. We chose the omakase menu, which was really worth it — bringing a touch of modern creativity while still respecting Japanese tradition. The service was excellent, and our waitress kindly gave us a tour with explanations of the artworks. A wonderful experience overall, highly recommended.
