"Steakhouse. Meat and Wine," among the plethora of restaurants and diners in Odessa, stands out for the theme of its cuisine. Here, they know how meat should be treated and with which brand of wine it should be served. The idea of the establishment was realized in 1998, conceived by the famous restaurateur S.Libkin.

Every meat dish listed on the menu of this restaurant is prepared using a special device - a Josper oven, with the insertion of natural charcoal. To give the main component a crispy crust and tender juiciness, it is subjected to high-temperature treatment at 500°C. Thanks to the open grill kitchen, restaurant patrons can watch every stage of the preparation of their ordered dishes.

Ставлю 4 звезды за зеленый борщ, он действительно был вкусный. В чизбургере сыр не чувствуется потому что весь вкус перебивает горчица которой было очень много. Соус на ребрышках перебивает весь вкус мяса. Лимонад был немного странным, его было очень мало. Обслуживание персонала тоже как то не порадовало, официанты вели так будто им вообще все равно. Кароче не рекомендую

Отличное место! Цены выше среднего, но это стоит того! Мясо - выше всяких похвал! Жаль, что 31 октября - последний день работы заведения...
