Добрый день! Я всегда посещаю ваше заведение с огромным удовольствием. Но сегодня я столкнулась с довольно не приятной ситуацией . В вашем заведении расположенном в Атриуме я хотела купить 2 булочки с сосиской и кусочек кекса . Общая сумма составляла 135 грн. Я хотела расплатиться купюрой 200 грн . На что ваша продавец сказала мне ,что списывает бонусы 35 грн . Я ответила ей ,что списывать,пожалуйста не нужно . На что продавец ответила мне ,что в таком случае она не продаст мне товар по причине того ,что у неё нет сдачи. Либо так ,либо никак . Я приняла решение расплатится картой. Пожалуйста, я прошу вас обеспечить ваших продавцов сдачей хотя бы с 200 гривен и предлагать посетителям другие способы оплаты ,которые будут удобны и как для вас так и для посетителей. Большое вам спасибо!

Сервис 6*. Пью американо с холодным молоком. Всегда. В кафе стоит кофе машина автомат. Бармен Виталий услышав мой запрос пошёл на соседнюю кассу и взял холодное молоко ♥️Не во всех кафе это делают. Такая приятная мелочь сделала день ещё лучше. Самые нежные и вкусные рогалики с маком в мире!
