I ordered a bottle of water and a Coke cost 4.5 euro and I paid with a 20. When I was walking away the staff was yelling at me in French which as an English speaker I did not understand so I walked back they gestured to open my hand so I thought they made a mistake and gave me too much change. He TOOK 3 euros from my hand and put it in the tip cup. I said no tip and they yes they all said something in French so I waved it off and sat on a nearby bench for 30 min. The next 20+ patrons all spoke fluent French and not one tip was placed in the cup nor was one asked for. Extremely rude.
