I forgot the name for this pasta but is has to do with shoe maker from Naples. I wanted to try because it has a great story. The service was great.

Veramente stupito dalla calda accoglienza della giovane e brava Federica (anche partner commerciale della gestione), ho mangiato coccolato da bontà culinarie sin dall’inizio: esordio con antipasto misto mare-terra, per procedere con uno squisito scarpariello (come da ghiotta 😋 foto !), con un assaggio dello spaghetto nerano altrettanto gustoso! Non sazio delle abbondanti quantità, mi sono fatto consigliare un secondo di carne 🥩: un tenerissimo filetto di bufala con 🍏 cotta a bassa temperatura 🤩🥳. Gran finale con zeppola alla crema e doppia amarena (ben documentata 😋😋) accompagnata da un ottimo Jefferson 🥃 a sostegno della digestione 😁👌🏼😜👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
