È assai raro, a Napoli, trovare ristoranti etnici che facciano una cucina che rispecchi quella del luogo d'origine. Bacana è un luogo dove, non solo si fa cucina spagnola di un ottimo livello ma....viene fatta quella che per me è la regina assoluta tra le cucine sudamericane: BRASILE. Non a caso la dolcissima proprietaria è Brasiliana. Qui la qualità della carne è veramente alta, alta sul serio. Picanha, Fraldinha, Maminha...tutti tagli spettacolari e di altissima qualità. La cottura è veramente incredibile, un blue rare perfetto che lascia intatte tutte le qualità delle carni e permette di gustarle a pieno. Troverete anche i classici contorni brasiliani come feijoada, riso e vinaigrette, le squisite coxinhas. Bacana è veramente un eccellente ristornate principalmente brasiliano dove rilassarsi e godere di una prelibata cucina. Il servizio è eccellente, curato, attento, veloce e preciso. La proprietaria è una persona dolcissima e di una gentilezza MERAVIGLIOSA. Adoro questo posto perché mi sento come a casa....in Brasile 🇧🇷💚💛🙏🏾 Obrigado por tudo! Chef Alex T. Pisapia
