3 años esperando conocer la cocina del Chef Makoto, y no me decepcionó. La comida, fusión japonesa y productos murciano, sorprendente, por su sabor y la calidad de su producto. 14 personas admirando al cocinero, 12 platos, excelentes, y un servicio, uno a uno, muy respetuoso con los comensales. Una experiencia muy recomendable.

Una experiencia espectacular donde pruebas en 12 pases mil sabores nuevos y una combinación de ingredientes increíbles. Verlo trabajar con ese orden, disciplina y limpieza es casi hipnótico. Vale cada céntimo que pagas. Enhorabuena por haber creado algo tan especial.

Los productos de buenan calidad, sin embargo me parece un poco sobrevalorado. Bueno pero no exquisito. Te sientas en la barra muy cerca de los demás comensales. Al ser tan pocos es como pagar por un sushiman casi privado, por eso el precio. Yo no repetiría.
