He venido ya en dos ocasiones y ambas han sido experiencias perfectas. He comido ambas veces Ramen Tonkotsu. Me daba miedo que no fuera lo que esperaba porque el caldo casero es el típico asiático pero con toques de caldo mediterráneo. Como una fusión. Pero es una unión perfecta. Tiene mucho fondo y se te queda el paladar aterciopelado por el sabor. Mis compañeros han pedido platos de arroz y también tienen cosas positivas que decir. Debo decir que por la calidad, el precio es muy bueno. Mi ramen fueron 12 euros. No pido entrantes porque con sólo un plato me lleno a tope. El único punto negativo es que tienes que comer algo rápido, pero es debido a que está lleno y es un local pequeño. Pero no estropea la experiencia. He probado ramen en muchos restaurantes de España y este se quedaría en mi top 3 de cabeza. El mejor de Murcia sin duda.

Desde que abrió, Natsu sigue sirviendo el mejor ramen de toda Murcia. La carne se deshace, el huevo marinado es increíble, y el caldo tiene tanto sabor que aún no he probado otro igual. Insuperable. Preparaos para hacer cola, pero merece la pena. Y no, no se puede reservar (entendible).
