Els anys de glòria del Tio Sentao fa molt que van passar; i tanmateix, hem passat una bona estona. Vaja per davant que hem estat un dilluns, de finals de juliol, al vell mig de Murcia ciutat, i això no juga a favor d'un restaurant de tall popular i "del barri". O eixa ha sigut la impressió. De fet, l'ambient ha estat el que més ens ha agradat: un tracte proper, molt cassolà, amb una mestressa de la casa que ens ha preparat un arròs sec de costelles i pimentons servida amb paella al centre de la taula i que li havíem reservat a primera hora i que ha salvat el match point. L'amanida d'entrant, francament, no valia res. Una oportunitat perduda, tenint en compte la proximitat i exhuberància de l'horta de Murcia. En canvi el pa de Calatrava que he triat de postres estava dignament bo. ...encara que la presentació podria tenir més alegria, però al remat, anava en sintonia amb el dinar, el bar, els taulells de les parets... ...els anys de glòria del Tio Sentao fa molt que van passar, però podeu passar-vos per defugir dels artificis, si voleu autenticitat.
