I think the customer's perspective is nearly the same for this cafe. The young lady was working alone at the front at 11 am on Saturday. She took my order (a sandwich) and I made the payment. Then she said that there were no more items left and made me choose an alternative instead. When I had just started eating the 'alternative', I saw that she was preparing the sandwich that I wanted. I finished the food but couldn't enjoy it. Other customers had to wait until she tied the rubbish bag and went to the back. I didn't hear any water sound when she came back to pick up the bread that the customer ordered. (Thank goodness, she was wearing a glove, at least) Sorry, young lady, but you need to learn customer service if you want to work somewhere dealing with customers all the time. I love Zöttl, but you destroyed my loyalty for the company.
