Schrecklicher Cappuccino, zu heiß, kein guter Schaum...verstehe nicht warum Leute hier etwas kaufen

Bei anderen Standorten von Starbucks bin ich normalerweise immer zufrieden hier leider überhaupt nicht… Nach fast 10 Minuten anstehen stellt sich heraus, dass sie morgens (kurz vor 7) kein Eis haben, also keinen Frappuccino, Refresha etc. machen können??? Wie kann es sein, dass so etwas wie Eis bei Starbucks morgens schon nicht verfügbar ist? Der Mitarbeiter war nicht wirklich freundlich oder zuvorkommend mir wurde nichts anderes angeboten, auch nicht nach meiner Frage ob man eins der oben genannten Getränke ohne Eis machen könne…Leider war da wohl kein Wille von dem Mitarbeitenden.

Leider recht genervtes Personal und der Matcha ist ziemlich klumpig und mit zu viel Pulver gemacht :(
