Ich habe Latte macchiato mit caramel bestellt und das war super lecker gleich wie Kuchen aber personal war total unfreundlich und haben mir nur nach dritten mal verstanden(

An meinem Geburtstag war die Servicekraft zu dumm die Kasse zu bedienen und mir somit einen Gratisdrink gestohlen, obwohl ich mehrmals darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich den Geburtstag Gratisdrink möchte, wurde mir einfach mein Normaler Gratisdrink abgezogen und somit ein Gratisdrink verschenkt (ich hatte ja zwei) Entschädigung gab es auch nicht. Ein sehr treuer Kunde ist somit verloren, danke dass Starbucks meinen Geburtstag ein bisschen ruiniert hat.
