Der Schmandkuchen ist ein Geschenk der Götter, er schmeckt nach Kindheit und erinnert mich an den mit Liebe gebackenen Kuchen meiner Oma. Danke, dass es noch echte Backtradition gibt ohne seltsame Aromen und Schnickschnack. Authentisch, echt, und das Brot macht satt und tut dem Bauch gut. Wer Massenware und schnelle Abfertigung bevorzugt, gehe nach nebenan. Da geht es zwar vielleicht zügiger, aber sicherlich nicht so nett zu wie beim Eichinger!
