Natürlich ist die Ware eine Tiefgefrorene - aufgebackene Ware. Allerdings gibt es für keine bessere Semmel/Brötchen als die 'STEIERISCHE'. Ein ungewohnt dichter Teig - einfach köstlich. Selbst die normalen hellen Semmeln/Brötchen sind so saftig, dass ich sie immer mal wieder nehme. In anderen Bäckereien sind sie oft zu bröselig.
