Muss kurz eine Bewertung schreiben, weil ich so schockiert bin! Als erstes das Personal hier ist unglaublich nett und freundlich!! Brot und Semmeln gut, aber..noch nie so schlechte Pistazien Croissants gehabt! Die Creme ist schleimig, zwar grün..schmeckt aber nach künstlichem Marzipan ..tut mir leid, Katastrophe für echt viel Geld! Liebe Bäckerei Wimmer, bin begeistert ob der Reaktion auf meine Kritik! Normalerweise kaufe ich gern bei diesem Bäcker ein, aber dieses mal war ich doch recht enttäuscht. Die Produktauswahl und die Präsentation lässt sich verbessern, aber die Qualität der „Semmeln” und Brote sind sehr gut. Nur der Hefezopf, den ich für unseren Skiurlaub mit Freunden gekauft hatte war nicht frisch wie behaupt. Außerdem war er leider auch nicht sehr schmackhaft und das Äußere unansehnlich und nicht einladend. (In Österreich wurden wir dagegen mit einem hervorragenden Zopf verwöhnt) Die überwiegend ausländischen Verkäufer sind sehr schnell und zielorientiert, aber es fehlt ihnen noch an der warmen Herzlichkeit der Bayern.
