Excellent ‘Italian style’ coffee. Really friend service and nice people here too. Cute place to sit in or outside.

The atmosphere of this place is great, with nice interior design. I really like the counter seats especially. The latte tastes also good, too. Always consistent. It’s just that, like lots of other reviews say, the customer service is terrible here. The blond staff completely ignored us when we said thank you to him (twice) when he served us. He didn’t even look at us. The other staff taking orders didn’t have a nice attitude either. We don’t know each other. I don’t need to get such a cold vibe from someone I don’t know when I’m done nothing wrong. The service at the other Morso cafe in Lehel is much better. At least the staff there is always friendly and nice. I hope the staff here will learn from the other Morso cafes about how to leave a good impression to the customers.
