Das Sauerteigbrot ist haltbar und besser verträglich als Brot aus dem Supermarkt. Es ist auch weniger salzig als Brot aus von anderen Bäckereien. Ich bin sehr froh, das ich eine Filiale in der Nähe habe und esse nur dieses Brot !

Das Sauerteigbrot ist leichter verdaulich als die aus dem Supermarkt. Da dieses hier auch noch bio ist, finde ich den Preis gerechtfertigt. Das Walnussbrot ist einer unserer Favoriten. Schade, dass es das Brot mit Edamame nur 1x in der Woche gibt. Die Öffnungszeiten am Ostbahnhof sind sehr kundenfreundlich. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und schnell.
