Beim Besuch des Hofflohmarkts habe ich dieses Kleinod entdeckt. Hier wird mit Liebe gebacken und serviert. Alles wird liebevoll und appetitlich zubereitet. Einige Brotschmankerl werden zum Probieren angeboten und erklärt. Esskultur pur. Ein Erlebnis. Schön, dass es so etwas noch bzw. wieder gibt im Zeitalter der Fastfoodkultur. Von außen unscheinbar, innen ein Brot- und Kuchenparadies.
