Die Verkäuferin braucht brauch dringend ein richtiges Kunden Gespräch Schulung. Nachdem etwas verkauft einen schönen Danke oder Bitteschön schadet nicht.

Sehr begrenzte Auswahl und auch von der Qualität nichts Besonderes. Das einzige auffallende ist die absolute Unfreundlichkeit der Verkäuferinnen. Kein Hallo, kein bitte, kein danke, kein auf Wiedersehen. Das ist eigentlich das mindeste was man erwarten kann :-( PS: Da in letzter Zeit ausnahmslos schlechte Bewertungen abgegeben werden mit 0 Feedback, kann man davon ausgehen, dass das der Geschäftsleitung auch völlig gleichgültig ist. Das lässt tief blicken.

Seit neue Mitarbeiter da sind mit null Kenntnissen von ihren Produkten ist das Einkaufen ne Katastrophe geworden. Gestern wollte ich das Angebot fur 3 Krapfen nutzen und fragte ob das denn Pitazien Creme sei ? Der junge Mann fing an zu diskutieren in sehr schlechten Deutsch und meinte das weiß er nicht, das stehe nirgendwo (er hätte den Krapfen ja auch aufschneiden können) und dann habe ich mr gedacht ne dann lieber gehe ich zu Zöttl anstatt 3 alte Krapfen fur 5,30 zu kaufen . Kein Service Gedanke , kein Interesse und das obwohl es vor 2 Jahren super war .. sehr schade ..
