Einkaufszentrum, das einen positiven und einladenden Charakter ausstrahlen sollte. Gerade deshalb ist es wichtig, dass Gäste und Kunden freundlich behandelt werden und sich rundum wohlfühlen können. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Geschäft sein Konzept überdenkt und zu einem positiven Erlebnis für alle Besucher beiträgt. Leider wurde mir trotz freundlicher Nachfrage der Zugang zur Toilette verweigert. Dass ich dort schon mehrfach eingekauft habe, scheint dabei keine Rolle zu spielen. Dieser Service entspricht leider nicht meinen Erwartungen und hinterlässt einen negativen Eindruck. Eine Innenstadt lebt vom Wohlfühlfaktor, und Gäste sowie Kunden sollten stets freundlich und respektvoll behandelt werden. Ich möchte das Geschäft daher bitten, das bestehende Konzept zu überdenken, um den Service sowie den Kundenumgang zu verbessern.
