Amazing experience here, had delicious natural wines, the Wagyu meatballs were very rich and tasty, the salmon trout starter was refreshing with dill. Our server was very attentive and helpful in guiding us through the menu. Great ambiance, bit dark inside but sitting in the garden in the back was very pleasant

Das Essen war insgesamt ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Ceviche von der Lachsforelle – hervorragend abgestimmt – und die weißen Spargel mit griechischem Joghurt, die wunderbar zubereitet waren. Auch das Risotto war geschmacklich sehr gelungen, allerdings war der Speck darin etwas zu dominant und hat die feinen Aromen überlagert. Das Dessert hingegen konnte leider nicht mit dem hohen Niveau der vorherigen Gänge mithalten. Was den Ablauf des Abends betrifft, empfanden wir die Wartezeiten zwischen den Gängen als unnötig lang – das Vier-Gang-Menü zog sich über exakt drei Stunden. Darüber hinaus war die Geräuschkulisse im Lokal leider sehr störend. Es war so laut, dass eine normale Unterhaltung kaum möglich war. Auch nachdem ich den Wirt darauf angesprochen hatte und kurzfristig eine Reduktion der Lautstärke erfolgte, wurde beim nächsten Track wieder laut aufgedreht. Das war schade und hat das ansonsten gelungene kulinarische Erlebnis beeinträchtigt. Mit etwas mehr Augenmerk auf den Serviceablauf und die Akustik könnte der Besuch rundum großartig sein.
