No son comunes de encontrar y aquí las preparan con un nivel de cuidado que se agradece. La salsa roja, hecha con jitomate fresco, es un espectáculo en sí misma: cremosa, con un balance perfecto entre dulzor natural y acidez suave. Acompaña sin robar protagonismo, y eleva el conjunto. El relleno tiene textura, frescura y un juego de sabores que funciona en cada bocado. El ambiente es acogedor, con flores en la mesa, café bien servido y una atmósfera tranquila que invita a disfrutar sin prisa.
