I visited on Sunday, 3rd August around 5:00 PM, just as the shopping centre and Pret A Manger were about to close. A male team member (I don’t remember his name, but I believe he mentioned he’s been in the UK since the age of 3, possibly Albanian) was incredibly helpful. He gave me clear information and served me with outstanding customer service. What really stood out was how attentive and professional he remained, even at the very end of the day. He wasn’t rushing to close up or go home—he was still delivering top-notch service right up to the last minute. I’m not sure if he’s a manager yet, but I can see him developing into a great leader. Good luck with your career! —Matteo Marino

Tried Pret for the first time during the 7th of June since I had a Perk redeemed, and I tried an Almond Croissant, and an Ube Brulèe Iced Latte. Nice and timely service, friendly server referred to which pastries I was able to choose from for the Perk. The drink and the croissant were good, might try again, only issue is that my closest is around Manchester or Piccadilly so would need to take the bus. Still a nice first experience of Pret. 😅
