Awful reception staff wouldn't let you take any sweets into the building today as a diabetic I need to keep a little something with me. Total jobs worth not very helpful or friendly other staff where lovely. Thing is the poker room was full of people eating there own food. Been coming a long time and I've never been refused before Sunday afternoon 9th of feb 2025 people eating sweets
