I purchased a Groupon voucher back in March but wasn’t able to book until July due to limited availability — only specific dates were allocated for voucher use and it was fully booked for a while. When we arrived, the staff were welcoming and we were provided with robes and slippers. The facilities were okay, but the changing area could use improvement — there were only two showers and two toilets, with no designated space to actually change, which caused delays once it got busy. The pool area was nice, though not very relaxing while there were loud children around (it did get better once they left). The spa treatments were the highlight — very enjoyable — although the room was quite cold at first, which made the beginning of the massage a little uncomfortable. Overall, despite a few small drawbacks, it was good value for money. I probably wouldn’t return just for the pool, but I would definitely consider going back for the treatments

A great experience with tea and a cake included bought on WOWCHER. It was a spa day only. We didn't have any treatments. The sauna, steam room, and pool area are nice and warm. Sadly, in the changing room, one of the two showers and a toilet are in need of repair. An out of order shower is terrible, especially when four women want a shower and only one is working. The staff we met were lovely, cheerful, and helpful. We would definitely go again and hope repairs are carried in the meantime.
