No me gusta Starbucks. Accedí está vez porque mi pareja es fanático. Pero vaya sorpresa me lleve...pedí un budín de limón y le consulte a la cajera que era el "pumkin spice" que figuraba en pizzarra. Wowww!!! Excelente experiencia al cliente!!! Gisela ha sido muy paciente y eficaz con su venta consultiva. Me ha asesorado con los productos de la carta guiandome correctamente (y siempre con una sonrisa) Cómo la experiencia al cliente cambia la percepcion de la marca! Gran trabajo!
