Dit restaurant is een stukje vanuit het centrum van Málaga gelegen, maar het is de metrorit dubbel en dwars waard. De selectie van gerechten op de kaart lijkt op het eerste gezicht wat gewoontjes, maar wat knap is aan dit restaurant, is dat ze deze ogenschijnlijk simpele gerechten erg bijzonder maken door een perfecte uitvoering. Het is niet moeilijk om een biefstuk smaakvol te bereiden, maar de koks van dit restaurant hebben mij verrast door een fantastische uitvoering van taco's, een worst en een broodje chorizo. Mijn vriendin was erg te spreken over de coleslaw. Wat verder in het oog sprong, was de gepassioneerde gastheer. Deze wilde met ons meedenken om ons zo veel mogelijk te laten proeven en ervaren, waardoor een avondje uit eten echt een fine dining-beleving werd. Er is verder een groot aanbod aan uitstekende wijnen. Wij vonden vooral de Ribera del Duero erg lekker. Grote complimenten aan het hele team en bedankt voor de fijne avond.

Ayer probamos este sitio y la verdad, merece mucho la pena ir. Comimos croquetas muy muy buenas, unos tacos, muy bien, aunque yo no soy de tacos y el brisket, que si no lo conoces, te puede sorprender, por su sabor potente, pero está bueno. Yo pensaba que era carne algo sequilla y para nada, aunque le va muy bien la salsita japo que nos pusieron. La atención inmejorable. Sergio es un crack, se nota cuando a alguien le gusta lo que hace. Así que, en esta ocasión, para mí, merecida la puntuación alta que tienen en Google.
