Un restaurante especializado en carne y, sobre todo, en chuletón de ribeye a la brasa. La carne estaba simplemente perfecta, con un punto de cocción impecable (medium rare) y un sabor excepcional. El parrillero merece una estrella Michelin 🌟 por su técnica y dedicación. El personal fue muy amable y rápido en el servicio, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Como sugerencia, recomendaría acompañar la carne con un set completo de verduras a la brasa (pimiento, champiñones, calabacín, cebolla, tomates, berenjena), ya que la guarnición actual se queda corta. En definitiva, un lugar al que merece la pena ir expresamente para disfrutar de un buen steak. Muy recomendable 👍💪
