En riktig liten pärla i Malaga. Liten meny men allt väldigt välsmakande. Drivs av ett svenskt par. Bord bör bokas.

Mocht je ooit naar Málaga gaan, dan moet je hier gegeten hebben (wel op tijd reserveren!). Als ergens de klant écht centraal staat, dan is het bij Dynamit. Het enige kleine minpuntje dat ik kan bedenken: binnen kan het wat warm zijn. Maar met de ramen open is dat snel vergeten. Daarna blijft alleen maar lof over: • Een zeer uitgebreide wijnkaart met iets voor iedere portemonnee, en deskundig advies als je twijfelt. • Een prachtige inrichting met een stijlvolle bar waar de mooiste cocktails worden bereid. • Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers die goed Engels spreken en hun vak met professionaliteit en passie uitvoeren. • En natuurlijk het belangrijkste: het eten. Alles wat je hier bestelt is ongelooflijk smaakvol, verfijnd gepresenteerd en zelfs de desserts zijn van topniveau. Een advies aan de eigenaar: de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding klopt eigenlijk niet… want wat je hier krijgt aan beleving en kwaliteit is véél meer waard dan wat je betaalt! Bedankt dat we dit bijzondere restaurant al twee keer hebben mogen ervaren 😋 Een absolute aanrader!
