Muy buena experiencia la que se tuvo en este restaurante especializado en arroces y platos tradicionales, con ciertos toques exóticos. El local, siendo un cambio de localización reciente, es elegante, organizado e íntimo, teniendo la opción de comer en sala o en barra. La atención en sala, profesional y cuidando detalles, con tiempos correctos entre platos y dando un servicio excelente. Toda la comida estuvo a la altura de lo esperado. Buena sardina ahumada con melón, quizá lo más flojo de lo que se pidió, pero siendo más que correcta. Notables los caracoles, guisados de una manera excelente y con una salsa que requiere de bastante pan. Sobresaliente el arroz de ibéricos y setas; alto sabor, bien introducido y punto justo de cocción del grano. Sobresaliente también la mousse de chocolate y tequila, siendo muy cremosa y sabrosa esta. Lugar muy recomendable, del que salí con buen sabor de boca y al que pienso volver para probar otras opciones de su carta.
