Мне нравится идея свежевыпеченного безглютенового хлеба. В Санкт-Петербурге я покупала вкусный свежий гречневый и льняной хлеб «Так Можно» (soyoucan), а заграницей такого нигде нет. Хотя я считаю что им стоит поработать над составом, использовать меньше крахмала и больше полезных ингредиентов, например муку зелёной гречки. Возможно также стоит ввести больше десертов с более полезными маслами – либо натуральным сливочном маслом потому что оно дает невероятное аромат, либо с оливковым маслом.
