An unforgettable lunch at La Cosmopolita. We were welcomed by Paco, who guided us through the menu and paired each dish with the perfect wine. The bacalao en tempura was the best we’ve ever had—crispy, feather-light, and beautifully matched with a manzanilla pasada. My wife’s pollito picantón was tender and flavorful, while my vaca a la moda stew was so rich and delicious I wiped the plate clean with bread. Desserts (tocinillo de cielo and tarta de queso) were the perfect finish. Service was flawless, attentive, and warm. La Cosmopolita truly deserves its Michelin recognition—and more.

Limited menus but if each one is as delicious as ours it is magic. The buñuelos de bacalao /tempura cod fritters are so incredibly fresh and tempura so delicate you can have all seven as a meal and still want more. The Vaca a la Moda-beef stew Malaga traditional recipe , cooked slowly to be as tender as you could ever imagine . Pollo Picanton/tender young chicken baked slowly served w/potatoes and mushrooms ;soooo good. Desserts - Tocino del Cielo (flan like) and Tarta de Queso !!!!!! Must haves. Buen Provecho 👏
