This is the best Japanese sushi (omakase) restaurant in Spain, and I will testify for it! The preparation of the fishes often started days or even weeks ago and you won't even see them in any other Japanese restaurants in the whole of Spain. You probably have to go to Asia to find similar dishes. It's worth the trip even if you have to drive hours to get there!

Una fantasía, me sentí por un momento viajar a Japón con sus sabores tan auténticos y tan refinados. Reserva idealmente. Te aconsejo que no te sales el nigiri de toro, entre muchas otras cosas.

Se mete de lleno en la lista de los restaurantes top de toda mi vida. La tempura, como jamás la había probado, y el arroz de las piezas como seguramente no habrás probado nunca o al menos no lo recuerdes. El precio es acorde a este nivel. Los Nigiri de Wagyu y Anguila, explosivos.
