I enjoy V60’s alot and i really indulge in them. I have been in many places but let me tell you why this one is different. First of all they have a nice selection and variety of top notch quality beans. Second the barista is a real expert in ratios between different types, therefore he knows how to flare up the notes in the coffee beans. And third to top it off the decor of the place and the location really beautiful interior design and location wise so easy to reach. V60 lovers this is the place. Will come to try the food in a later day i heard it is nice as well.

Das Concept30 Café ist im Stil eines modernen Yoga Retreat eingerichtet, durch und durch„vanilla“. Kleine Auswahl an Kastenkuchen, alle mit ähnlichem Grundrührteig, durchaus lecker und „moist“ und - wie fast erwartet - es gibt den ubiquitären Banana Bread. Der Espresso ist „medium light roast“ und schmeckt zum Glück nicht allzu säuerlich-fruchtig, wie ihn aktuelle Baristas mögen, sondern hat noch eine leichte Röstnote. Die Crema ist Klasse, siehe Video. 2 Kuchen, 1 Americano, 1 Espresso auf Eis 18 Euro inkl. Tip.

Bon dans l’ensemble mais trop cher pour ce que c’était. Je n’ai pas trop aimé ma tartine, on aurait dit du tzatziki et du guacamole de mauvaise qualité ☹️. Cafés bons.
